For the past 17 years Martin has been working as a behavioural trainer and coach in a European training company before he started his own business in 2011. Having a sales background in investment goods, dealing with direct clients and wholesalers, he has a profound knowledge of sales processes and behaviour. He started his career track in the German Navy and left it in 1990 with the rank of Lieutenant Commander and CO of a submarine.
Martin’s focus area in training and coaching is in the sustainable development of people and organizations leading from ‘Know How’ to ‘Show How” to ‘Be How’.

His responsibilities in his previous job consisted of selling, coaching, training, management, sales, strategic sales, team building, negotiation, stress management and personal organisation for companies of different areas.
Embedded in an international network, Martin works with and for many national and international leading companies.
Martin stands for “creating sustainable value” from a holistic point of view, involving organisations, companies and the individual. Pro-actively recognizing trends in his professional life he designs programs, approaches together with other specialists different areas to develop, supports future-oriented skills and he also has the tools and mind set for organisations and individuals.
