A few words about Renate Willi


Senior Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in complex multinational environments (FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Health Care and Education sector (Universities, HES).


Started own independent HR consulting, training and coaching practice in 2007. Renate is also a professional Trainer and certified NLP Master practitioner and has successfully delivered over 500 training days.



She studied Business Administration and is specialized in advanced interviewing techniques, trained assessor for Assessment and Development Centers, expert in Hay Job evaluation methodology, wide-ranging experience in Swiss and European Compensation & Benefits approaches, Change management, Coaching, re-organizations and Mergers and Acquisitions.


She is a certified MBTI® and Situational Leadership® practitioner and has experience with various competency models, including Lominger®. She also possesses certification in Lominger Voices®, Learning from Experience™ (LFE) and the Choices Architect®.


She has developed over the years HR know-how in change management, talent management & succession planning, organizational design, performance management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, mobility, retention, employee relations, coaching and implementation of HR structures.

Previous experience

During her career, she held several positions as HR Generalist, HR Director, HR Consultant and Project Manager.  Some of her passions are Organizational Development and Design, Management & Leadership Development and any organizational change which calls for a structured approach to Change Management.


Renate is able to evolve both at operational and strategic level. Connected to the field, enjoying challenges and action, together with her ability to quickly understand and adapt to new environments, she effectively knows how to balance the needs of employees with the mission of the organization to reach defined objectives.
